THE ROOM:
Good-sized room with hardwood floor, more than enough space to fit a queen-size bed, dresser, desk, etc.
and have room to spare! An armoire, and a leather recliner are available if desired.
THE RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES AND MONTHLY HOUSEKEEPING!!:
$1,450 includes all utilities! Power/gas/water/internet/expanded cable TV selection with premium channels.
Also included is monthly housekeeping.
A deposit of one month's rent is also required upon move-in date.
Off-site landlord pays for weekly lawn care and trash.
EV charging is not permitted.
MOVE-IN DATE: February 1st, with some flexibility either way
HOUSEMATES:
You'll be joining five other folks, both females and males.
We have a wide age range and varied group, from a tech worker to a retired nurse.
Don't let the number of people scare you: this house is huge, we all mostly do our own thing, and we will not be stepping on each others' toes!
YOU:
Gainfully employed, and like the rest of us quiet, non-party type, with no pets.
