Both rooms are $1,200 a month and $500 for a security deposit.
Utilities and internet are included.
We do have laundry on-site, and parking is not an issue.
You will have full access to the kitchen.
Both rooms are available for move-in.
We are seeking females to rent our rooms.
You must be pet-friendly.
We have dogs and cats on-site and all are very friendly and enjoy human contact.
