The room is available now and the move-in date can be as soon as April 15th or May 1st.

This location is about halfway between 19th St.
Bart and Mac Arthur Bart.
The rent is low because I have lived here for 10 years.
This is a shared backyard and a large kitchen.
The building is from the early 1900s with hardwood floors.
The room available is right next to the kitchen so you would need to be tolerant of kitchen sound, and the apartment is near the MacArthur maze so there is light freeway sound.

About me: I am an early 40s female (mixed race/half Filipino/half Euro mix).
I have lived in SF/Oakland since 1996 and I have BA in ART from SFSU.

First and last month's rent, a $250 cleaning deposit, and a copy of your credit report along with a rental application for move in.
