5 baths and has 3 floors.
The house was renovated 2 years ago and is equipped with all new appliances.
The room available is downstairs, has a private bathroom and is on a separate floor from the master bedroom.
The room can come furnished with a bed or dresser if needed.
There is also a second room available for an office (extra cost negotiable).
Two people currently live in the house, 33F and 38M.
I am looking for someone who is responsible, respectable, clean and contributes to the household.
