Hi there, my name is Johan, I live with 4 roommates in a huge, beautiful house and I am moving out (due to a job) which means my room will become available.
The house lies in a very peaceful, safe and quiet neighborhood in beautiful Palo Alto.
This 6000 sq ft house has a lot of charm.
The room offered is in the spacious and cozy attic which comes with a (semi-) private living room (additional to the one downstairs) that is partly furnished (see photos).
The rent for this room is amazingly cheap due to the actual room not having a door (but a curtain), which was never an issue to me since the attic itself has a door and I never felt robbed of my privacy.
This is literally the best deal in the bay and I am sad that I have to move out but a new job in Marin is calling.
The roommates are great people as well.
Quiet, nice and considerate.
Once a month we would have a game night but generally everybody's got their life and you might hang out in the kitchen and talk about your day every now and then.
Additionally to my room, 2 other rooms are becoming available by Feb 1st, so bring your friends if you are looking to move together.
