We have a large home in the Sunny part of Pacifica with beautiful views of the mountains behind us.
We have a 5 BR home with 4 people here, one small poodle and a Multipoo.
If you have a dog it must be hypoallergenic.
We try to maintain a friendly place and often share meals.
This is our home so we want to have similar personalities, easygoing folks The kitchen and living room are open for use by anyone who lives here.
We do ask for the consideration of others, including cleaning up after yourself.
We all work, so we ask for no laundry or loud noises after 9:00 at night.
We have high-speed internet and WIFI We do have a housekeeping service every other week.
They do the common areas.
Rent is $1200 due on the first of the month, late on the 5th with a 10% penalty The deposit is $1200.
$250 extra if you have a dog.
Utilities are separate.
We do supply laundry detergent and softener.
Our machines are fussy.
We do not allow underage drinking or partying.
All smoking must be outside.
