The house is situated on a beautiful tree-lined, and quiet street in the Edgewood Park neighborhood.
Walking - 20 min the Redwood City Caltrain Station, downtown Redwood City and downtown San Carlos.
Driving - 5-10 minute drive to Safeway, Luckys, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, CVS, Target.
15 min drive or 35 min bike ride to Stanford Campus.

The house is Spanish-style and has three split-levels, hardwood floors, two spacious living areas and a large dining room.
The available room is on the lower level of the house.
The other bedrooms are on a different level so you will have plenty of privacy.
The house has a laundry room, garage for storage and a very large back yard.

$1,650 monthly rental.
Utilities extra, (electric, gas, water, internet) varies from $40 to $100 each person, depending on usage.

ABOUT US: You will be living with four professionals in our early 30's (one females, three males) and a puppy.
Two of us work from home full-time, one is a tutor so works between home and the office and the other is in office full time.

No additional pets per our land lord.
