Financials:
* Looking for a one year sub-lease with first month, last month, and security deposit.
(Last month rent and security deposit can be paid out
over a 30, 60, or even 90 day period if needed)
* We'll divide all of the utilities (25% for you, or 33% depending on # of housemates)
gas, water, electricity, garbage pickup, hi-speed business blast internet, Xfinity TV
(if you watch TV), and any other related items that are shared expenses.
