The room is available on November 12 for a single person.
We have the unfurnished bedroom with shared bathroom and private bathroom .
Difference in $300.
We are located near eastridge mall in San Jose.
The Vietnamese family with 2 toddler kids, sometimes loud.
We are mostly out of the house and come home around 5pm.
We prefer light cooking, energy/water saver, no smoke/drug/gamble/sleep over.
Laundry twice a month.
Driveway parking.
