I have a room for rent beginning July or August and am looking for someone to join our home.
There currently is a bed with a new mattress in there and a bathroom that is shared with one other person.
One of my long time friends is moving out of this bedroom to live with her partner after 2 years of living here.
(Lease terms would prefer a 3 month or 6 month to start depending on the individual)
About me: I am 29 years old, working in Real Estate and running a lifestyle management business on the Peninsula.
I am very active in my daily life, I enjoy hosting, and truly keeping our place a peaceful home.
I like hiking, singing, making music, painting, baking, and much more.
Roommates: I have two roommates living in the home.
One works for Visa and the other is a software engineer working in AI.
We are in our late 20's to early 30's.
I consider us to all be close friends and we hope the next person who joins us is personable and enjoys a quiet space.
We are looking for someone that is respectful of our home and prefers the suburban lifestyle.
We do keep our visitors to a minimum after a trust relationship has been established.
