Hello, I am renting an unfurnished room for one person in my 4 bedroom house, all bills included in the price.
The room is at the front of the house and is removed from most noise and activity.
The living room has shared cardio machines available for use.
There is a separate downstairs rented to a young mom and her 9 year old, but she is limited to downstairs, or to do laundry upstairs.
Upstairs there are currently 2 young professionals in their mid/late 20's and early 30s who are working, with plans to continue their studies.
They are open-minded, happy individuals who are usually busy with our own schedules (due to COVID are currently spending more time at home), and would like to find another housemate who is respectful and trustworthy.

The house is located down the street from the 580 freeway entrance, and is very close to the 13.
It is a moment's walk away from the vibrant Laurel district, and a short drive from the Redwood Regional Park.
Within walking distance of: Post office, cafes, gym, vintage shops, restaurants, fruit & vegetable shop, hardware store, pet store, Goodwill, Everett & Jones BBQ, plus much more!
