We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team.
As a construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the market.

### Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Utilize market knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities and target key accounts
- Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
### Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
