Your Qualifications: ● Exceptional Communication: You excel in both verbal and written communication.
● Sales Savvy: You have a proven track record of at least 2+ years in relationship-based sales.
● Home Improvement Passion: Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
● Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of CAD software and databases is a bonus.
Your Role as a Cabinet Sales Consultant: ● Client-Centric Approach: Build meaningful relationships with clients, truly understanding their needs and goals.
● Engage and Present: Collaborate with clients in our Campbell showroom or virtually to present our custom solutions effectively.
● Secure and Deliver: Close deals and facilitate the seamless execution of projects.
● Exemplary Service: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
● Client Advocacy: Encourage clients to share their "Valet Experience" and become advocates for our brand.
Location and Hours: ● Flexible Scheduling: Appointments are set based on customer availability, including some Saturday hours in the showroom.
● Meetings: Customer consultations occur in our showroom or virtually when appropriate.
