The salesperson shows clients our beautiful window treatments and helps them to select the solutions that are best for their homes.

In this role you will also have the opportunity to meet with vendors and influence product lines, and drive the direction of the company.
NO cold calling! Our clients come to us and set their appointments based on your schedule.
You’ll offer in-home consultations to help clients find the solutions that make them happy in their homes.
You follow the clients’ project from end to end, processing their orders and coordinating the installers.
To be successful, you are detail oriented, a great communicator, personable, creative and have an interest in color and/or interior design.
We offer proven training methods! No previous design experience is needed, we offer paid training with our Budget Blinds product experts, and in-home training with our local team.
You are supported through the entire training and selling cycle.

Qualifications 2 years of sales experience, preferred Excellent, clean driving record, required Excellent written correspondence skills Strong math skills Proficient in MS Office Must be able to climb stairs and lift 20lbs.
Measure overhead and while on a 6-foot ladder Honest, respectful and service oriented required Must be based in or near San Francisco Nice to have Experience with window coverings including drapery is helpful An interest in interior design such as fabrics, colors and textures Experience with a CRM Flexible work from home options available.
