*Responsibilities:*
* Accountable for all Civil Works and associated financial control via Scheduling (time), SP/ASP, and Quality Management on a given project.
* Ensure adherence to Ericsson standards, processes, Federal, and Local standards by all Service Providers.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
* Attend coordination and progress meetings.
* Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project goals and objectives.
* Drive schedule activities and troubleshoot results.
* Ensure technical specifications are met by Service Providers and vendors/suppliers.
* Perform site inspections, safety checks, and quality assessments.
* Prepare progress reports and provide accurate status information to project management.
* Provide technical assistance to Service Providers and suppliers.
* Reject wrong deliveries of materials and report bad performance on site.
* Ensure compliance with civil design plans.
* Coordinate and monitor works with Service Providers and other disciplines.
* Write claims, order and return materials.
* Maintain and update construction-specific documentation.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project builds over 200 sites.
* Good knowledge and skills in problem-solving, adaptation of procedures, and contribution to improvement and change.
* Ability to work independently.
