Maintenance personal and Skilled Tradesmen/Laborers needed

We are currently looking for independent tradesmen to perform various maintenance tasks on properties we maintain throughout the San Jose and San Fransico Bay Area.
We are also in need of independent, skilled tradesmen for a variety of Remodeling Projects.
We are looking for Tradesmen/Candidates with the following background, skillsets and abilities: - Flooring installers (Sheet Vinyl), (Plank/Vinyl Plank) - General laborers - Handymen - Skilled General Tradesmen -Quartz/Granite fabricators and installers - Plumbers - Skilled painters - Carpenters - Electricians - Painters - Welding Experience - Tile setting expertise Scope of work: - Consists of bathroom/ remodeling which includes but not limited to paint and tub enclosure installation - Consists of Kitchen remodeling which includes but not limited Cabinet installation, plumbing, countertop fab and installation - Crown Molding fabrication and installation which includes (Cutting and installation) - Baseboard fabrication and installation - Vinyl Plank flooring installation - And other misc.
