Pacific Power & Systems is looking for a highly motivated Site Superintendent to join our team.
The Site Superintendent is primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating all the workings at a job site including a crew of electricians and apprentices.
An individual in this role will establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project and organize and coordinate all project materials and equipment.
Must be organized, self-driven, motivated team player capable of thinking for him/herself as well as your team.
We offer $94 per hour, or prevailing wage of job site jurisdiction for this full-time position, Monday/Friday.

Paid Holidays Paid Vacation What this Role Will Do: Ensure work is performed safely.
Safety topics and safety sign in completed weekly.
PPE and all safety codes are strictly adhered to.
Maintain productivity while insuring a high level of quality and safety in the field on job executions.
Manage the adherence and enforcement of company safety protocol and take responsibility for onsite hazard awareness with the Division VP and General Superintendent (GS) Build and implement weekly project schedules.
Coordinate electrical installation with other trades and general contractor/owner representative.
Maintain relentless dedication in building strong, positive relationships with our customers.
Assist customer and Project Manager personnel with design changes to the original scope of work.
Work with Project Manager and GS to estimate field change order work.
Track and document change order and time/material work Manage, maintain, and complete all weekly forms and documentation to include but not limited to payroll, logs, T&M tickets, reports, material requests, and schedules.
Manage team of 6- 10 electricians Adhere to and enforce PPS company policies, procedures and safety protocol.
Be a frontline representative of the company for the field teams, internal teams, and vendors.
You’ll be a great fit if you have: Licensed Electrician Must have 5+ years’ experience or equivalent experience with knowledge of electrical construction, cost management as a Superintendent with Commercial experience.
Advance knowledge of all aspects of construction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to present self in a professional manner.
Demonstrated leadership and project success are required.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
