Space to Live in 5th Wheel (Fairfield)

Married couple in 40’s.
Works in East Bay a few days a week, but partner will be in Davis.
Would like a private- ish space between East Bay and Davis.
Not interested in full RV Park.
We would like to have a few garden beds, space for a cat house and ability to have our slide outs/ small porches up.
We would be stable for a year or 2 at least.
We do not smoke and rarely drink.
