*The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the following skills, system knowledge and responsibilities:*
- Full proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Microsoft Office, MICROS and Square Point-of-Sale Systems and PC hardware
- Reconciling, QB posting and banking of all revenue
- Processing a semimonthly payroll including filing all related quarterly and annual returns
- Executing a semimonthly Accounts Payable cycle
- Publishing detailed financial reports semimonthly
- Monthly reconciliation of all bank/investment/credit card accounts
- Calculating and filing quarterly sales tax returns
- Inventory management including regular physical counts, valuation and variance analysis
- Various Purchasing duties
- Various HR duties including onboarding new hires and archiving all employee related documents
- Assist annual budget process; communicate all negative actual-to-budget variances as incurred
- Regular reconciliation of all GL accounts
- Knowledge and experience applying GAAP as necessary

Redwood City Elks Lodge #1991 is a 501(c)(8) unincorporated nonprofit association and is affiliated with the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America, a Fraternal Organization.
The Redwood City Elks Lodge was instituted in 1956 and owns nearly 30 acres of property in the Emerald Hills portion of Redwood City.
The Lodge currently has about 950 members and their families.
Lodge amenities include a 9-hole golf course, 18-hole disc golf course, food and beverage services, swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, gym/exercise facilities, game room, and large picnic area with horseshoes, sand volleyball, and stage for outdoor concerts.
