*Title: Accounts Payable Specialist *
*Contract: 4+ months with possibility of extension*
*Location: Palo Alto, CA*
*Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr*
*Job Responsibilities:*
1.
Generate and dispatch monthly manual invoices for key accounts that require offline products or special billing formats.
2.
Coordinate with Finance AP for monthly invoice issuance and follow-up on payments, resolving any billing system discrepancies with the product team and customers.
3.
Reconcile revenue for offline products to ensure consistency with issued invoices and conduct regular invoice meetings with specific clients.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Proven experience in Accounts Payable, finance, or operations
* Strong understanding of billing systems and account reconciliation processes.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.
* Proficient in data analysis and financial forecasting.
* Mandarin Preferred (for the purpose of communicating with suppliers or team in China).
