IXL Learning, a leading EdTech company with products used by 15 million students worldwide, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support invoicing and AR collections.

What You'll Be Doing
* Review purchase, sales contracts, and quotes to ensure accuracy against corresponding invoices
* Print, e-mail, mail, and upload invoices to customers and their vendor portals as needed and in a timely manner
* Accurately sort incoming checks and research any that are unidentified
* Process checks and credit card payments to their respective invoices
* Manage and resolve customer inquiries via e-mail and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with sales operations team to reconcile any discrepancies between internal sales database and NetSuite
* Perform other related duties as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* 1+ years of accounting experience a plus
* Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
* Strong typing and 10-key skills (40-70 WPM with >90% accuracy; 12,000 KPH with >98% accuracy)
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows OS
* Energetic, mature, positive person who thrives on working independently
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
* Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of employee and company information
* Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $26 to $34 per hour + benefits.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position.
Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
