*Job Summary: Program Director of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)*
MediBril is looking for a dedicated Program Director of Physical Therapist Assistants (P-PTA) to lead and manage our team of Physical Therapist Assistants.
This role requires someone with a strong background in physical therapy assistance, managerial experience, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care.
*Duties:*
* Oversee the daily operations of the Physical Therapist Assistant team, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
* Develop and implement physical therapy assistance programs tailored to the needs of our patient base.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure quality care and proper documentation.
* Mentor, supervise, and evaluate Physical Therapist Assistants, encouraging continuous professional development.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to optimize patient care.
* Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use.
* Lead team meetings, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
* Act as a liaison between the PTA department and other healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies.
*Qualifications:*
* An associate's or bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited institution.
* Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
