Seven Bridges Therapy is hiring CFs, experienced SLPs and SLPAs for our San Bruno, San Mateo, Hayward and Pleasanton locations.
If you’re looking for a job you’re excited to go to every day, you’ve landed in the right place.
We’re looking for clinicians from CFs to SLPAs to veterans who are passionate about helping others.
We are *CF Specialists *and of course also love to have new *clinicians* and *veterans* on board as we feel _everyone_ has something to offer.
We all bring our history, experiences, and personalities to our sessions! At SBT, we love and appreciate our employee’s unique qualities and love to learn from each other.
If you’re looking for a job where you feel *appreciated*, you’ve come to the right place.
It doesn’t feel good getting up each morning, dreading going to work or knowing you’re going somewhere where people don’t truly care about you and treasure you and your work.
Lack of appreciation is a top reason people don’t enjoy work.
Having gone through those experiences ourselves, it is our top priority to get to know you and be sure you know, in all kinds of ways, how appreciated you are.
Our *appreciation* comes through not only in compensation which is of course important but as we all know, money is not necessarily the end game.
We have clinic and company *gatherings* regularly so we can come together and bond and just have fun.
We have unparalleled *benefits* from excellent medical, dental and vision coverage where we help pay your monthly premium to *401k* with matching (up to thousands in your pocket each year) and a new exciting *student loan repayment program* where we contribute to your payoff every month, equating to more than $1000 a year.
We have an expansive *materials* closet at every location so you have the variety of toys you need to stay engaged and keep having fun day in and day out.
Office *culture* is one of our top priorities.
Having upbeat, positive vibes is a must.
If you are a positive person, looking to have fun at work not just with your clients but with your colleagues as well, you need to apply.
SBT is for you.
You will also have a varied caseload as far as age (2 on up, adults only if you're interested and have that experience and training) and diagnosis (ASD, Apraxia, Speech and Language).
It's a blast to see toddlers, preschoolers AND school age clients so every day is different and you never feel like you're in a rut.
*CFs:*
We’ve trained countless CFs over the last 23 years many of whom then stayed with us for many years.
If you’re looking for a CF position (and beyond) where you will not be micromanaged but you’ll get the support at a level you personally need, then SBT is the right place for you.
In the schools, you’ll be on your own for the most part, flying by the seat of your pants like some of us did.
We made it through but if you’re looking for more than just _making it through_, and you want to make the most of this special time, call us.
You’ll be surrounded by SLPs all day every day and the collaboration is never ending.
That’s one of the most fun parts of this job actually.
You’ll enjoy working closely with the entire family and because of that close relationship, you’ll see progress like you’ve never seen before.
You’ll have a rock solid administrative team behind you so there is no doing “extra” work like scheduling or billing as some other private offices have you do.
Everything is at your fingertips with SBT so you can just come in and focus on doing great therapy.
If you want to work with people who LOVE what they do and take care of you like no one else will, apply right away.
Openings are limited.
If you know anyone interested and refer them, we also have a referral fee for you if they stay for at least 6 months!
