We are looking to fill a Customer Service Administrative Assistant position.
General Job Information:
-Customer Service Administrative Assistant
-$22 and up per hr depending on experience
-Monday-Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
- Our company offers a competitive 401K plan with year end bonus
Duties and Responsibilities include order processing: taking orders, placing orders, processing payments.
Answering questions pertaining to products and services offered.
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Great computer/communication skills.
Enter data into an internal software program.
Listen and understand customer requests, questions, and complaints.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Familiar with Microsoft Excel with good typing skill
Must be energetic, ability to answer questions and sell clients on products and services, and be reliable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Professional attitude in the workplace, friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions
prior office experiences
Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Must be eligible to work in the United States
