This set is in excellent used condition for its age.
The vanity is very stable and sturdy.
The cushion on the seat is attached with three screws only (fourth was stripped out).
The seat cushion and fabric are newer and very clean/fresh.

The makers' plaque is a bit difficult to read but seems to say Utility Furniture Company, Silver City, CA (see pix).
