Antique Dresser or Bathroom Vanity Conversion Idea - $65 (san mateo)

*** If this post is active, the dresser is available **** Beautiful but not perfect dresser is too large for our new place.
Right now it is disassembled (mirror off, drawers out) and ready for its new loving home.
Dresser on its own is 40" long, 22" deep (which factors in the beautiful curved front) and 34" tall.
The mirror set up, from where it sits on the dresser top (it also screws into the dresser, of course) is 34" tall, about 36" wide at the base of the mirror stand/holder and 26.
5" wide at the hinges - middle of the mirror.
The mirror is in equally good shape but I have blurred out the background images in the mirror for privacy.
The top and sides of the dresser are in amazingly good shape, with minimal scratching or dents, etc (see pix).
With the mirror off and the drawers out, the dresser is not very heavy.
The mirror is heavier but manageable.
There are some slight conditional issues with a few of the drawer whereby tape is used to hold the back of the drawers on.

My asking price of $65 reflects the conditional issues with the drawers which are clearly not visible when closed and also still functions fine.
