Nice item to have on the bathroom counter to set toiletries on, to use at your make-up counter to set your cosmetic supplies on, or can use in a bedroom to hold potpourri, candles, or picture frames, etc.
There is some discoloration on some areas of the metal on top and bottom sides.
Very sweet item.
Measures 13 1/2" long including handles, is 8" wide and flat tray top is 1/2" high, and handle length is 3" long and 7/8" high.
