Ben and Tom work from home nearly every day.
Jonathan travels for work, so is gone several days at a time usually several times per month, but is otherwise around.
We're social with each other, have friends over for dinner and on weekends, and occasionally throw big parties.
Tom's girlfriend who lives in Palo Alto has a cat that she brings over once or twice a week.
*The House*
Built in the 1920s by two anthropology professors, 3255 Oak Knoll Dr.
is a two-story masterpiece of lighting and places you can put plants.
The house features a library, solarium, full kitchen, detached garage for storage, backyard plaza, car deck, three cool dudes, stain glass martyrs, washer & dryer machines, gas fireplace, 2.
5 baths, garden, and back gate access to a park.
The house is centrally heated.
It does not have A.

but stays relatively cool during summer since it's partially underground being built into the hill.
We have uncovered parking for 4 cars, one spot per person.
We also have a grocery store, coffee shop, and gym a 3 minute walk away.
Our neighborhood, Emerald Hills, is very quiet.
Downtown Redwood City is just a 5min drive away with bars, restaurants, a theater, Caltrain, etc.
*The Room for Rent*

The room has 130sq ft (11'x12') of floor space, all carpeted, with a large closet nearly the full length of one side and windows facing into the backyard.
The room also has its own private door to the backyard.
You will share 1.
5 of the bathrooms with Jonathan and Ben.
(There's a full bath by the bedroom downstairs, and another half bath upstairs).
The room will be totally empty on March 1.
It will come without any furniture.
Utilities, usually come to ~$150/mo/person during summer and ~$250 during winter.
