$1,850 / 1br - Primary Bedroom with private bathroom and living space (belmont)

Hi! Offering to rent a room in a house with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large back and front yard.
There is a living room, full kitchen, dining room, balcony, patio and laundry room.
The kitchen and two bathrooms were both remodeled and brand new within the last few years.
The two bedrooms downstairs each have a private bathroom and a second living room area outside of the bedrooms.
The house has always had an amazing group of tenants what got along great.
The house is plenty large enough to have your own space, even when working remote.
Recently, the house was cleared out of all tenants in order to be remodeled with brand new floors, carpet, paint and a new back deck.
We are looking to fill the house with new tenants starting January 1 (possibly sooner if needed).
Rent: $1850 per month Utilities: Split evenly by all tenants each month Lease: 12 months and then month to month after that I have posted some pictures to give you an idea of what the house looks like and we would love to meet you!
