Amazing Tiny Home / Living Doll House down the street from Meta(Facebook) and Anton Menlo.
Easy access to anywhere in the Bay Area.

Pretty much a half an hour drive to all good locations.
It has a master bedroom downstairs with a wall-to-wall mirrored closet.
Kitchen has a gas oven/stove with brand new microwave above it, sink, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
Bathroom has a shower/tub combo with the spray nozzle.
The two story living room has a wall of windows for lots of light during the day.
Finally - a huge bonus - is a second story loft with a queen bed area upstairs.
(It’s not technically two bedrooms… but it does have 2 decent private sleeping spaces) I bought this Cavco TinyHouse as a commuter home and I really enjoyed living here a couple nights a week while I worked in Atherton and surrounding areas.
I now have a little baby and would like to move back East or down to Monterey to be closer to my adult kids.
I have loved living here and would like the property to go to someone else who will really benefit from living the Tiny Home lifestyle.
I am looking for someone to take over the space rent for my place and cover a small amount monthly for the house.
I would like to have a 1 to 2 year agreement.
If you are renting, but also interested in purchasing your own place and cannot afford it.
This may be the perfect home for you.
The money that you pay for the house portion can actually be used towards a down payment for it… so basically it is putting money into a down payment instead of just throwing it away on rent every month.
I know rent prices are high and loans are very tricky to come by.
I would like to rent or sell this property over the summer and I am willing to do owner financing for someone with about 25% down payment, credit score above 700, and good credit history.
It’s in a mobile home park so basically you would take over the space rent and have a mortgage for the house (about $3,000 to $4000 total monthly payment for the space rent and the mortgage depending on what you put down).
I’m also open to trying to rent my place a little non-conventionally.
If we did house share style you could have a smaller mortgage and your total payment would be about $2000 a month.
I would come back a couple times a year and stay upstairs in the loft and we would both co-own the home as a convenient way for you save money for the future.
The space rent to the park and utilities is about $2,000 per month.
Whoever is renting the place needs to make at least $6000 a month per the park rules to officially be on the lease.
