The Sales Support Specialist - Lead Generator is a role that can be part-time (25 hours per week) or full time (40 hours per week).
This position works on a hybrid schedule.
You will engage with homeowners in Santa Barbara, Goleta, Carpinteria, San Luis Obispo, Ventura County, Santa Maria and surrounding neighborhoods where we are installing our solar plus storage systems.
In addition, you will be supporting local sales managers by enabling sales through lead generation and appointment scheduling and assisting managers with administrative tasks such as follow up calls and data entry in our CRM.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Prospecting (canvassing) defined residential neighborhoods
* Collecting energy usage rates from homeowners to evaluate solar viability
* Setting appointments with homeowners for our sales management team
* Following up with homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers
* Flexible schedule Monday - Friday with weekends and evenings as needed
Qualifications:
* Passion for the Renewable Energy space.
* Outgoing, customer focused and an excellent communicator
* Solid time management, follow-up and detail oriented skills
* Willingness to learn and follow renewable energy and battery storage landscape
* Proficiency for learning CRM software
* Enjoy working outdoors at events and in residential neighborhoods
* Valid state drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
We will reimburse for mileage at the IRS rate.
Education/Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Compensation and Location:
($45,000 - $50,000 annually) 20.
00 - 24.
00 / per hour.

Electriq Power has even donated systems to hurricane-stricken areas like Puerto Rico and Haiti to help them become more resilient during dangerous weather conditions.
