Qualifications:
Have a love for God and a desire to pass that along to children and their families.
Have or are working on a minimum of 12 ECE core units.
Experience in a childcare setting.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Dependable, self-motivated team player.
Model and support Christian values.
Understand and demonstrate the fundamental characteristics of a play-based curriculum.
Job Description:
Teaching and guiding the children in their classroom.
Planning, preparing, and implementing weekly lesson plans.
Providing proper supervision at all times.
Maintaining appropriate records.
Communicating necessary information to the child, other teachers, parents, the Director, or authorities.
Maintaining a clean, healthy, stimulating environment for the children to learn in.
Ability to communicate positively and effectively with parents, coworkers, and children.
