Get ready to kickstart a healthier you! Join Bay Area Community Health Advisory Council (BACHAC) and Coach ABC Fitness for "Off To A Good Start" at University Circle in East Palo Alto.
Ignite your energy with a dynamic lineup of fitness activities for all ages, from Soul Line Dancing, Chair Movement, Strength Training and more.
Don't miss out on this exhilarating day! This event is absolutely FREE with a healthy breakfast and lunch included, by Zumix, Bay Area.
Honor Black History Month's national theme "Art as a Platform for Social Justice.
" Join us for healing arts and experience our mantra, "Movement is Resistance!" "Off To A Good Start" is our annual physical activity and nutrition program.
This in-person event emphasizes the importance of at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day to improve general health, maintain a healthy weight, lower cholesterol, reduce depression, and help in the prevention of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and some forms of cancer.

A panel discussion on health disparities in BIPOC communities will be given, plus free cancer prevention and screening resources! *And much, much more!* A Diverse set of Movement Classes will include: .
