Hardly used since didn’t go anywhere during Covid! Bought it in Japan just before covid in 02/2020 and got a 30% discount ($140 USD) because there’s a minor interior tear inside the top outside zip pocket.
You absolutely can not tell from the outside.
You can see it in one of the pictures if you look at it carefully as I accented it—originally priced at little over $200 USD).
This can be easily fixed but I didn’t bother as it is still functioning just fine.
I put tissues / masks / sunglasses in that pocket and never had any problem.
Shoulder strap removable.
Sorry I gave to my little niece the little green Kipling monkey that came with it but everything else is original.
All zippers work perfectly.
