Hand-knit womans/girls sweater-never used - $28 (USF / panhandle)

-This is a new, in perfect condition, hand-knit sweater for a women or girl.
-The size is a medium but seems on the smallish side.
_The size from shoulder to shoulder is 17/18" -The sweater is 18" wide _The length is: 21" _I took it to a knit shop and they said it was put together very well and is probably made of a wool/cotton blend or maybe a synthetic/cotton blend.
It is very soft.
