Suki is creating a new category in the health-tech space: the digital assistant.
Our product will be _the_ voice user interface for healthcare.
What does that mean? Currently, doctors use electronic health record systems to take notes on patient encounters.
This is a digital version of the paper charts that you may have seen in your doctor’s office or on TV.
These systems can be hard to navigate and time-consuming to manage.
Doctors would rather spend that time with patients.
We are creating the solution.
Doctors that use Suki already spend over 70% less time on administrative tasks, and we’re striving to do even better.

*About the Role:* We are looking to add senior level talent to our Developer Platform Engineering team.
The team is responsible for enabling Suki product functionality across our various partners through embedded and API offerings.
Specifically you will: *Requirements:\** * Lead a team of strong engineers to deliver on complex business features end to end * Drive product roadmap and strategic direction * Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and meet organization goals * Build a deep collaboration and relationship with various direct Suki partners * Architect and design product features for scale and maintainability * Work on multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities within an Agile/Scrum environment * Understand production systems, deployments and ensuring application performance and uptime * Hire world class talent cutting across technology roles * Create a collaborative environment across geographies * Drive best practices around code quality, continuous integration and deployment *Qualifications* * 10+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable, distributed applications, products and services * 4+ years of experience managing frontend and backend engineering teams working on: * Web applications developed using modern web development technologies and Javascript frameworks like React * Microservices based architecture built using modern technology stacks * Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, concurrent programming * Technically hands-on with significant design and architecture experience (Enterprise Software is a plus) * Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills * Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and internal cross functional teams spanning across geographies to solve complex problems and building products * Experience with agile methodologies and good exposure to DevOps/CICD models * Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science will be a huge plus * Experience building developer facing scalable and extensible APIs would be a huge plus \*Requirements is such a strong word.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $185000 - $225000 in CA.
This range is not inclusive of any annual variable targets, discretionary bonus or equity package.
When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $185,000.
