8 + years of experience designing and developing vehicle architectures
8 + years proven working experience in software/hardware engineering in the automotive industry
Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting of embedded systems
5+ years of PCB design with board bring up
Using vehicle diagnostics tools such as Vector, Peak, Intrepid, etc
Familiarity with continuous development and software development processes
Must be on a first name basis with LtCdr.

Programming experience in C, and Python required
Must have direct knowledge of 2.

Lead the successful development of next generation modules for electric vehicles
Work with architects, engineers and other technical specialists to design a integrate
Partner with cross functional teams to define objectives, scopes, timelines, milestones, deliverables, etc.
Coordinate with system owners with planning, implementation approaches, testing, documenting, and maintain solutions for cloud, on premise, and hybrid services, systems or subsystems using defined processes and tools.
Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of systems
Integrate solutions with existing embedded systems components
Interface with hardware design team
Provide post-production escalation support
Develop new drivers for various I/O components
Implementation of networking CAN, LIN, Ethernet protocols, and IOT Protocols using modern programing languages such as C, Rust and Python
Design and fabricate custom schematics, PCB, and PCBA
Execute board bring-up of experimental hardware
Participate in software and hardware design reviews
Integrate and test new software builds on prototyping vehicle platforms
Engage with the hardware design team around board layout and component selection
Deliver artifacts to OTA and program teams for incorporation into production releases
Develop regression tests and ensure proper code coverage for release software
