Responsibilities:
* Set up workstations with computer and network connectivity;
* Audit systems, assess results, and remediate for security, performance, and compliance;
* Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems;
* Monitor performance of all IT systems;
* Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures;
* Maintain licenses and upgrades schedules;
* Administer user login and email accounts;
* Ensure high-level security of data, network access and backup systems;
* Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness;
* Set up and administration of video and audio conference equipment;
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices;
* Provide training and set up user accounts;
* Preserve assets, information security and control structures;
* Configure, install, upgrade, and support of laptops, desktop computers, and monitors;
* Set up and administration of VPN and internal access hardware and software.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of internet security and data governance;
* Minimum B.
S.
Information Technology or equivalent;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience;
* Strong knowledge of *Python and Javascript* ;
* Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation;
* Thorough knowledge of information technology, computer systems, applications, and networking;
* Experience with designing and setting up IT infrastructure in new office space is a plus;
* Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
