In our People & Places Team, your role as a Benefits Analyst is pivotal in crafting and delivering benefits solutions that profoundly impact our employees' experience.
Under the guidance of the Director of Total Rewards, your work will directly influence our mission to attract, retain, and engage top talent by developing and administering innovative benefits programs.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape AppLovin's culture, fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes the health, well-being, and financial security of our team, all while addressing the challenges of a diverse and global workforce.
The Impact You’ll Make:
Analyze and Enhance Benefits Programs: Perform detailed analyses of existing benefits offerings, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and manage the rollout of program enhancements or new benefits.
Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with benefits vendors and partners to ensure efficient and effective service delivery that aligns with our goals and meets our employees' needs.
Ensure Compliance: Guarantee all benefits programs comply with applicable regulations.
Manage documentation, reporting, and maintain accurate records.
Engage Employees: Develop and conduct educational sessions and materials to boost employee engagement and understanding of available benefits.
Benefits Inquiry Management: Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, providing exemplary support and advice.
Market Research and Trends Analysis: Keep updated on market trends and best practices in benefits to ensure our offerings remain competitive and meet employee expectations.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analytics to produce insights, track key performance metrics, and support strategic decisions regarding benefits programs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in benefits analysis, design, and administration.
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.
g.
, Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively presenting complex benefits information.
In-depth understanding of benefits compliance and regulatory standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing global benefits programs.
Skilled in using HRIS and benefits management platforms, Workday a plus.
Innovative thinker passionate about improving employee experiences through thoughtful benefits design.
Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving work environments.

Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.
US base pay range (total compensation package will be commensurate with experience)
$88,000—$134,000 USD
