As part of our Orchestration platform team, we are looking for a principal engineer to lead our frontend orchestration work.
In this role you will work on building solutions to design and developing orchestration solutions for our member experiences; lead complex cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements; translating requirements into technical solutions; lead the discussions on architectural choices; directing and reviewing design artifacts (for example, proof of concepts, prototypes); work with partner teams to identify new features and more.

What you'll do: Lead technical direction and architecture with engineering team members.
Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Lead the work on modernizing and improving our current orchestration platform.
Partner with cross-functional team members to develop and maintain a well-defined roadmap, while balancing technological excellence What you'll bring: Proficiency in web technologies; Nodejs, Typescript, Apollo Server, GraphQL, fastify, Jest, etc.
Experience with federated GraphQL is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple complex technical projects in an agile environment Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of learning, psychological safety, respect for differences and collaboration across all engineering skill levels.
Believes in the value of writing code that is clean, testable, and maintainable.

The annual salary range for this position is $168,000.
00-$252,000.
00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
