Description:
· Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements.
Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing.
· Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Performs a variety of tasks.
A degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

· designing robust and scalable architectures; writing and developing code; conducting unit testing; communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders; collaborating with cross functional
teams; troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes; enhancing design to prevent re-occurrences of defects; ensuring on-time delivery.
· What is the project this person will be working on? Enhancing Unified Personalization service with additional features on customer understanding, Next best action and Marketplace initiatives.
· How will they contribute to the project? --- Design and develop new features, write unit tests, collaborate with cross functional teams, troubleshoot open issues and bug fixes.
· What is the makeup of the team? --- Team is of size 9 members.
· Does the candidate need to be in a certain Client location/hub or remote? – Preferably Sunnyvale location but remote is also fine if candidate is good.
· Will a Client badge be needed at onset or in the future? – Depends on candidate location
· If hybrid or in office role, how many days a week will the candidate need to come into the office? -- hybrid (2 days)
