Need technical help with FACEBOOK issue. (menlo park)

Help! I'm trying to access my company's Facebook account set up by a former employee who is unfindable.
I have reset the password and can access the initial stage of the account, but FACEBOOK flags my device as being unrecognizable and demands a photo of my Driver's License, which I provide.
But as I didn't set up the account, we stall out here.
I own the company.
Have been fing around with this for 4 weeks, but there's no way to contact a FACEBOOK customer svc rep.
Is there anyone who can help me navigate this? We have 25,000 followers, otherwise I'd ditch the account.
