Local Charity Needs to Talk to Facebook Rep on phone. (menlo park)

We are a charity run business and are locked out of our Facebook account.
Account was set up by former employee, whom we can't locate.
We successfully changed the password to the former employee's company email.
But Facebook keeps denying access to our account because it doesn't recognize device we're trying to log in on.
Facebook asks for passport photo or Driver's license photo, and we supply that, BUT they want the photo ID of former employee.
We have proof of ownership of account/site.
If we could speak to a human at Facebook, this could be easily resolved.

Can anyone with a connection to Facebook lend us a hand?! We think a simple phone call with Facebook people could solve this, but we can't reach them.
