About The Role: We are in search of a talented Web Software Engineer with a proven track record in developing modern, React-based web applications.
As a hands-on software developer, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for building high-quality software that fulfills the essential needs of our users, product marketing, and overall business objectives for Yohana.
What You'll Get To Do: Build a performant web app that delights members of the Yohana Membership Maintain eCommerce integrations and empower Yohana's marketing team to manage public marketing pages in response to evolving product marketing needs Create and maintain business-critical web applications that increase efficiency of internal business processes Grow your software engineering skills by collaborating with a team of senior engineers on software development projects What You'll Bring: Required Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Proven track record of 3-5 years in web application development using React framework Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript programming languages Strong ability to develop maintainable, extendable, and high-performance software, showcasing excellent software engineering skills Demonstrated skill in writing well-tested code in an automated fashion using test frameworks like Cypress and Jest Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional team members to translate and implement product requirements into functional software features Aptitude for identifying potential technical challenges and opportunities inherent in implementing new software features using the latest web technologies Preferred Skills Demonstrated experience in developing web applications for consumer software products Familiarity with NextJS or other server-side rendering web frameworks Exposure to full-stack development, or experience making impactful contributions to backend cloud service software Hands-on experience in supporting eCommerce purchasing flows within web applications or backend cloud services (utilizing payment platforms like Stripe) Familiarity with Headless CMS platforms (e.
g.

Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant's experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
