What to Expect
We’re hiring a driven Software Engineer to design and build end-to-end applications for the Recruiting organization.
This role would collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, improving functionality through ongoing user testing and development.
The ideal candidate will possess the curiosity to solve difficult problems and the talent to bring solutions to reality.
As a key member of our team, this person will take charge of the entire application development process, focusing on designing architecture, writing reliable code, enhancing existing functionality, and delivering new features.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform ambiguous problem statements into clear objectives, developing applications to drive improvements for internal processes
Design, code, deliver, and maintain web experiences end-to-end
Optimize code for performance, stability, and maintainability
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience with a statically typed language; experience with GoLang is preferred
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Vue is preferred
Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts, good at solving complex technical problems
Experience using common design patterns; high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance
Experience creating, maintaining, and shipping web applications is preferred

Expected Compensation
$96,000 - $276,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
