Purpose and Objective:
SuccessFactors, Inc.
seeks a Developer at our Palo Alto, CA location to be responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of specific SAP product features in a development team.
Expectations and Tasks:
Develop Web 2.
0 interfaces utilizing XHTML, CSS, object-oriented JavaScript, React, Ajax and SAPUI5.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported internally and by customer.
Collaborate with Product Managers and User Experience Designers to iterate platform and product functionality.
Analyze and solve issues in existing and new code.
Provide application implementation services typically within the boundaries of specifications and project plans.
Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation.
Responsible for implementation, testing, and integration.
Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal.
Extend, modify or adapt existing designs.
May also be involved in the development of new (sub-)systems.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
Work Experience:
Position requires prior experience, internship or academic coursework to include each of the following:
Programming languages including JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS;
Data Structures and Algorithms;
CI\CD using Jenkins or Travis CI;
Unit Testing using Jest;
Automation testing using Cypress;
Object-oriented programming; and
Core Java.
Travel: N/A.
Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary for this position is $184,662.
