Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the overall robotic system software infrastructure, integration, testing, and performance evaluation.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for bringing up improvements and software stability
Responsible for the overall robotic system software infrastructure, integration, testing, and performance evaluation.
Work with the team to constantly improve our simulated and physical test environment, remote telemetry data collection and analysis pipeline, logging and runtime alert services, as well as release rollout and monitor infrastructure.
Work closely with the team to come up with creative ways to evaluate the performance and impact of new robotics algorithms.

Solid data structures, algorithms, and software design
Solid Python (4/5) and C++ (3.
5/5) coding
Solid ROS2 and ROS1 experience3+ of the following must-have experiences:
Robot performance evaluation
Architecture / system design experience
Data analysis via Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.
)
Large scale ETL and data analysis/mining pipeline in the cloud
Ability to troubleshoot database performance and availability issues
Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications
Experience with ROS navigation stack / ROS2 nav2Behavior trees
Linux system (kernel/driver, perf profiling

Education/Experience:
Bachelors or Masters of Science or related field and 5+ years of robot industry experiences [mid to senior level

The pay range for this position is$120K to $215K.
Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
