Seeking YouTube Analyst (student preferred) (redwood city)

Looking for a YouTube analyst, preferably a marketing student or someone breaking into the marketing industry.
This work is for a Bay Area based YouTube channel with over 300,000 subscribers.
We are now seeking someone to provide YouTube insights and data that will give us the best insight into how to continue our YouTube growth.
This role will be one-day per week (eight hours).
This role can be done remotely (Bay Area based preferred).
For reference: the audience for this YouTube channel is 16 to 30 year old males interested in fitness, health and an active lifestyle.
Please provide clear evidence of previous work, and or intentions to break into the marketing world.
This person should have a strong understanding of analytics, the audience, and data.
