As Senior Full Stack Engineer, Community, you will partner with a team of passionate Engineers to further develop Guilded's core product and delight users.
You will integrate Guilded's product with the Roblox platform, and collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality user functionality.
You will have the independence, opportunity and the end-to-end responsibility to ship features that are scalable and resilient.
You will report to the Engineering Manager for Community.
You Will:
Work with teams and technology platforms to deliver high quality and amazing user functionality
Improve the product quality by working in Guilded for daily communications, testing and deploys
Have the independence, opportunity and the end-to-end responsibility to ship features that are scalable and resilient
Be a technical bar-raiser for high code quality, architectural designs, and long-term approaches
Work with passionate Engineers, Designers, and Community team members
Manage your work and take ownership of projects throughout their full lifecycles
You Have:
5+ years experience in full stack software development
5+ years delivering complex code with JavaScript, React and Node or C#
3+ years of experience building and shipping consumer products and service applications
Built great software at a very high throughput
Attentiveness to product UI/UX, and a burning desire to make sure the things you create look and feel great
Expertise in SQL, React Native, Postgres, Webpack, MobX, Node, ES6/ES7, AWS, Prometheus, or Electron/C++
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below.
The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand.
Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range.
This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

$218,540—$283,780 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
