Meta is seeking a seasoned manager to lead a team developing Commerce partnerships with a wide range of large businesses across the US.
This role will support the Shops Ads and MFT product teams' efforts to build shopping experiences that are highly performant and grow incremental revenue for Meta.
Head of High Value Commerce Customer Success Responsibilities:
Manage and support a team of 5+ customer success managers
Lead the team responsible for supporting largest advertisers in adopting + using Shops Ads and other monetised commerce products
Define and protect team priorities in order to enable team to focus
Develop deep internal strategic partnerships with key cross-functional stakeholders (product marketing, GBG In Market sales teams, SSO, Product)
Build and optimize operational processes to ensure team efficiency and expand coverage
Channel market feedback of the GBG InM segment to Meta’s Shops Ads and MFT Product + Product Marketing teams
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years people management experience
BA/BS degree
Experience working with ambiguity, solving problems, and bringing new ideas to life
Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
10+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, sales, or marketing
Proven analytical skills to help with making data driven prioritization
Track record of enrolling diverse cross functional teams towards common goals
Experience building scalable programs and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Meta's advertising and commerce products
Deep industry experience in eCommerce or Digital advertising
Experience managing account-facing teams to achieving business/sales metrics
